Hi,
I am sending the following letter to USCIS to revoke the G-28 and asking them to send the future communication directly to me. Please let me know if the letter is good to go or any changes are required. Please feel free to make changes to it if required.

Idea is good. I doubt we would get any information out of them.
Unless this is done with mass media coverage, like CNN, MSNBC, FOX for a week.

Another question I had was about LUDs. I did my FP on Oct-29-07 on which date I also noticed an updated LUD (from Sep-25 to OCT-29).
However, on Oct-31, I noticed that the LUD was updated yet again to OCT-30.
Any idea what this could mean?

yes - I think the only difference is that you cannot use the approved AP to come in.
If you use H1B to enter u shd be ok... dont try to come in with the AP

I not really a master webmaster but I did some jobs in the recent past and they were satisfied. :)
I think it is great to have a product intro to your project. since it's dogs it should feature dogs. dogs look great over a white background I think with some text or paragraph on the left. If you will used flash add some dog sounds of different breeds.
That's about all I could think of. Hope it helps!

Wife and I applied for our 485 on june 16th 2007 and we got our receipt numbers and did our biometrics on August 1st. As of yesterday I got my EAD card. My wife has not. Is that common or is this something I need to be worried about. If anyone has any knowledge, please let me know. I checked USCIS where i have an online account and have registered all the receipt numbers, for her it says it's still pending.

I dont know your exact visa background, but why do you want to use EAD, it is always better to stay on h1, if you are planning to shift employer then do h1 transfer. There are lots of threads explaining the pros and cons of using AC21 and switchin to EAD etc... but the safest way is to stay on h1.
If you can then i would suggest staying on h1, if you are shiftin employer talk to new one to ask for h1 transfer...

Dates are valid as of November 30, 2008. Texas is processing July 11, 2007 applications. Looks good. It means CIS finally has time to work on the deluge of applications they received in July 2007, even though the dates are not current yet. The approvals may still be far off, but at least we know that our apps are being worked upon.
They will keep the dates between July 11 to July 30 for a few months. During this period, they have not recieved much applications as most of the companies just kept the papers as USCIS announced that they will not accept the forms and reject. Most of the July fiasco applications must have been filed from August 3. If they are really working, then the dates should move to August 2007 in next month processing time.
