Except for myself and Rajeev, no one joined the conference call tonight. C'mmon guys, we need some action here. We all ought to participate in these calls. I also has similar issue. People putting red dots with no messages "." or saying "You Suck".
One guy dared to put a message "You don't have plan". That person even didn't see that I just tossed an idea to see if people are comfortable for flower campaign. This can get success as a mass only. I didn't tell anytime that I have an exact plan. That was step 2.
One supreme idiot of earth went one step further saying "None of your business". Come on. If Immigration is not my business then what else is? And why the hell that idiot was also on this portal!

good question - I do not visit the website often. I remembered the website out of the blue only yesterday. After about 1 1/2 year I visited that website yesterday. So it was out of my mind.
Also, I am cannot use internet at work that often and going home I have other stuff to take care, dont get enough time to come to IV as well. I am glad you could do what I should have done long before :).

What if 485 was not filed but have an approved 140? their lobbysts!

Not be a arm-chair critic. I know, you seem to be just frustrated, I am sure you are not questioning the core and their efforts. This is our year and we are going to be successfull this year. Nothing meaningfull can be achieved without struggle.

From my understanding any left over EB4 and EB5 also get carried over to EB1 and from EB1 to EB2. SO would EB2 get the benefit of Eb4 + EB5 + EB1 ?

the only good thing I see there are families in which both husband and wife filed separate GC petition. When one's gc process goes thru completion, the other petition will be withdrawn from the queue. : )
