You can use EAD with current employer. I think your company has to do the change your I9 form to EAD. You don't need to inform as you are not changing any company.

If you have receipt # of your I-485, filing or refiling I-765 and I-131 is a simple task. You can do that after 30 days, as suggested by USCIS. It is not a big loss anyway. Main thing is I-485.

Hi All,
I am new to this forum. My husband is working for a desi consulting company and they also filed for my h1. Now my hubby is planning to move out.
When my hubby moves out they might bargain using my h1 approval.
They havent given me a copy of the H1b approval. Could some one tell me the reasons to get the I-797 copy from the consultant?Once I get it I would like to transfer to some good company.
I heard that there is a I-824 form requesting copy when the actual approval notice is lost. Can I file for that and it seems it takes 6 months to get the actual copy.
Does the info pass help here ?

I need to apply for my renewal before I fly out this Sunday since I will have to be in India for 30 days. Can I e file my application from here and send the supporting documentation by Saturday? If so, I want to make sure that if for some reason, I get a biometrics appt., while in India, how can I postpone it? and also there won't be any issues with my EAD renewal app since I will be India and My I 94 will change once I am back.

Bob is right. Don't buy anything from any camera shop in Brooklyn. Those package deals are not deals at all. They are a huge scam designed to steal your hard earned $ and leave you so frustrated at their total lack of customer service that you give up. Previously worked in a Supply integration company A, and EB3 job desc shows role as a consultant "responsible for ERP implementaiton with some programming experience".
In that role later, Lets say I've performed Network and Systems Administration ALSO.
So I have a mix of all skills at the end of 10 years in the company.
Now if I get an opportunity from a company B that needs experience in Network Administration and some pre-sales (internal to the company),
1. Will I qualify to do the job and be under "same or similar category" to be AC21 compliant.
2. Can Company B file an EB2 and use porting of date.
Please advise

So are these different from the finger prints that we take for EAD? For people who got their priority date current, do they ask for a separate finger prints again? Does anyone can shed some light on this?
Yes the finger printing for EAD is type 2 and for I485 it is type 3. They are different.
Photos are different (this is an example)
.. in I485, nose ring was OK,
.. in EAD, nose ring to be removed

You can apply for multiple H1B at the same time. No need to pay Company but they will aks you to join once H1B gets approved. so at that point you need to decide which one is better for you. You can work for both of them if one of them is ready to offer you part time work. Please Get attorney advice on that part.

Easiest option is to get a PIO card - very long validity, no need to get visa every time.

I traveled (together with my family) through this route last year with the same circumstances you are in. There will be no problem and they won't ask you for any documents. If your flight on return is from Dubai to any US city, they will see your AP, Passport. If you have a valid AP at that time then they will allow you back.
